This Privacy Policy explains how O'Neal for PA (the "Committee," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information we receive from visitors to www.onealforpa.com (the "Site") and from individuals who interact with us by phone, text message, email, mail, or in person. By using the Site, providing your information to us, or opting in to receive communications from the Committee, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

This Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights beyond those provided by applicable law. We may update it from time to time as described in the "Changes to This Policy" section below.

a. Information You Provide Directly

  • Name, mailing address, email address, and phone number

  • Donation and payment information (processed through our third-party payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers)

  • Employer and occupation (as required for campaign finance reporting)

  • Volunteer sign-up information, event RSVPs, and survey or petition responses

  • Any other information you voluntarily submit through forms, emails, texts, or calls

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system

  • Pages visited, referring URLs, and time spent on the Site

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

c. Information From Other Sources
We may supplement the information we collect with information from publicly available sources (such as voter files maintained by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania), data vendors, and other campaigns or political organizations, consistent with applicable law.

2. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive campaign-related text messages from O'Neal for PA, including fundraising appeals, get-out-the-vote reminders, volunteer requests, and campaign updates, sent via automated technology or by a live individual.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of any donation or service.

  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages, except as required to confirm your opt-out.

  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 9 below.

  • You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable means, including by informing us directly by phone, email, or mail. We will process revocation requests within a reasonable time, and no later than 10 business days.

  • Your mobile number and text-message consent will not be shared or sold to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Consent obtained through this program applies only to communications from O'Neal for PA.

  • Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and acknowledge donations, and to comply with federal and Pennsylvania campaign finance disclosure and reporting requirements

  • To send campaign communications by mail, email, text, or phone, including fundraising, volunteer, and voter-turnout outreach

  • To manage volunteer and event participation

  • To analyze and improve the Site and our outreach programs

  • To comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, and protect the rights, property, or safety of the Committee, our supporters, or others

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and vendors who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, text messaging platforms, email delivery, printing and mailing, and data analytics — bound by confidentiality and use restrictions

  • Political party committees and allied campaigns, consistent with applicable campaign finance law and coordination rules

  • Government agencies, as required by campaign finance disclosure laws (for example, donor name, address, employer, and occupation for contributions meeting reporting thresholds)

  • Legal or safety purposes, including to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect against fraud or harm

  • Successor entities in the event of a reorganization of the Committee

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some features of the Site. We may also use conversion tracking and analytics tools (such as those offered by advertising and email platforms) to measure engagement with our outreach.

The Site and our communications are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Your Choices and Rights

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any text to opt out, as described in Section 2.

  • Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

  • Phone/mail: Contact us using the information below to be removed from our calling or mailing lists.

  • Access/correction: You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request a correction, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our payment processor and social media platforms. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

11. Third-Party Services

Text opt-in consent data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
